The villas of San Pietro ” I Giardini Segreti”: detached and semi-detached with and without a swimming pool selected even for the most demanding and for all those who wish to treat themselves to an unforgettable stay in one of the most ‘beautiful and evocative places of Sardinia. All Villas are equipped with private entrance, private and numbered parking space, garden , patio equipped for outdoor dining. Original in architectural style they host a comfortable furnishings are equipped with air conditioning (in all rooms except bathrooms) washing machine, dishwasher and satellite TV- (all services included in the price). Upon request and according to the needs of guests: maid , housekeeper, cook and baby sitter for a fee 20.00 per hour to be reported at the time of booking. At the reception office individual excursions by land and sea , organized on a tailor-made basis and according to the needs of each individual household, as well as typical meat or fish dinners at typical restaurants in the area or comfortably in the Villa (subject to availability).

UNIFAMILAR VILLAS with common swimming pool for 4 units (from 4 to 6 people): 75 square meters consisting of double bedroom, small bedroom with two flat beds living room with sofas and TV corner, kitchenette equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need for a wonderful stay, bathroom, large porch equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue, garden with shower, parking space and washing machine. on request possibility up to two extra beds with an extra charge of € 75.00 per week each to be paid locally. The Villas also have a communal swimming pool for 4 units included in the price.

UNIFAMILAR VILLAS – (from 4 to 6 persons): 80 sq.m. consist of double bedroom, small bedroom with two mostly flat beds (rarely bunk beds with possibility of third bed in the small bedroom) living room with sofas and TV corner, kitchenette equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need for a wonderful stay, two bathrooms, large loggia equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue, garden with shower, parking space and washing machine. on request possibility up to two extra beds with extra charge of 75.00 euro per week each to be paid locally.
