ACCOMMODATIONS:

The villas of San Pietro ” I Giardini Segreti”: detached and semi-detached with and without swimming pool selected for even the most demanding and for all those who wish to treat themselves to an unforgettable stay in one of the most ‘beautiful and evocative places in Sardinia. All Villas have a separate entrance, private and numbered parking space, garden , patio equipped for outdoor dining. Original in architectural style house comfortable furnishings are equipped with air conditioning (in all rooms except bathrooms) washing machine, dishwasher and satellite TV- (all services included in the price). Upon request and according to guests’ needs: maid , housekeeper, cook and baby sitter for a fee 20.00 per hour to be reported at the time of booking. At the reception office individual excursions by land and sea , organized on a tailor-made basis and according to the needs of each individual household, as well as typical meat or fish dinners at local restaurants or conveniently at the Villa (subject to availability).

UNIFAMILAR VILLAS with communal pool for 4 units (4 to 6 people): 75 sq. m. consisting of double bedroom, small bedroom with two flat beds living room with sofas and TV corner, kitchenette equipped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, and everything you need for a wonderful stay, bathroom, large loggia equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue, garden with shower, parking space and washing machine. upon request possibility of up to two extra beds with an extra charge of euro 75,00 per week each to be paid locally. The Villas also have a communal pool for 4 units included in the price.
